TES has partnered with Paylocity as our preferred Human Resources Management System (HRIS). Should you choose to partner with Paylocity, you will receive access to TES discounted pricing. For $14.75/employee + $158 base fee (per month, subject to change by Paylocity), you get access to the following Paylocity services and products:

  • Payroll processing (tax payments, garnishment payments, reporting)

  • Employee portal (app or desktop) where employees can view pay stubs, W2s, and more

  • PTO tracking and management (PTO calendars, requests via the app or desktop)
